Workshops & Keynotes

Rodney’s program is available as a workshop or a keynote speech

In either format, the content is customized to the audience and can be presented at a conference, tradeshow, offsite, or at your company's office. The audience can be hundreds of people in a hotel ballroom or a dozen individuals in a training room.

Workshop Themes & Foundational Curriculum
  • Recognizing the impact of business relationships: a mix of real-world anecdotes and academic evidence to sensitive leaders to the importance of strong relationships in their professional ecosystems.

  • Understanding how relationships evolve: they take time and are nuanced. Success is built on a strategy and requires careful execution.

  • Mastery of several core concepts:

  • 3 myths to cultivating new relationships

  • 5 key elements to establishing and fortifying key relationships

  • 4 ways to distinguish yourself and your products from your competition, and discern hidden opportunities and risks

Workshops

Available as a 3-, 4-, or 5-hour program. These are highly interactive sessions that include active discussion, breakouts, and group interaction. An optional component is a Personal Action Plan (PAP), which is usually covered in the final 30 minutes. This segment allows individuals to anchor on specific steps they will take in the following days and weeks to apply what they’ve learned to their personal goals and objectives.

Keynotes

This is a 30-minute to 50-minute speech that includes a captivating mix of thought–provoking facts, anecdotes, research findings, and concrete recommendations for identifying, building, and fortifying business relationships. The content, and delivery, will stimulate conversations and introspection.
