How did the “Business of Relationships” workshop get started?

The concept was originally developed and presented by Rodney as a 15-hour program for his company’s high-potential client-facing leaders. In 2023, UT Austin’s Human Dimensions Organization (HDO) invited Rodney (with Professor Keri Stephens) to organize the content as a 1-day executive education course, where it continues to be offered. He now presents the program independently as a customized ½-day workshop for companies, trade associations, professional services firms, and non-profit organizations.
